Sign off ship in Bremerhaven on Jan. 31 and begin journey through Northern Europe via land.
Over the month of February 2025, mostly by train, a few times by bus —
* Amsterdam for the Anne Frank House
* One night in Paris with a photojournalist named Africa Sam
* Nantes, birthplace of Jules Verne to see the museum there in his honor.
* Angers, France because I got on the wrong train
* back to Nantes for a night
* Nantes to Bordeaux for one night, saw acre upon acre of vineyards being prepped for spring
* Bordeaux to San Sebastian (just long enough to get on a bus) to Bilbao
* Three nights and four days in Bilbao — guggenheim museum and other cool stuff to illustrate
* Bilbao to Madrid for two evenings
* Madrid to Valencia
* Valencia to Barcelona and Sagrada Familia
* Barcelona to Newark, NJ via air
